Creating Your Dojo is an immersive, experiential workshop covering everything you need to know to create a Dojo that meets the specific learning goals of your organization. The course is based on Dion Stewart and Joel Tosi’s book, "Creating Your Dojo: Upskill Your Organization for Digital Evolution". Dion and Joel have been helping organizations create and run dojos for five years.

Participants will leave this workshop with all the knowledge they need to create and run a dojo in their organization. Like a dojo itself, the workshop is an immersive learning experience combining presentations and interactive exercises covering all aspects of creating and running a dojo.
