Architecture and Product; Metrics that Matter at Prairie.Code Conference

Unfortunately Prairie.Code() Conference will need to be rescheduled due to COVID-19. Stay safe everyone.

Dojo & Co will be at Prairie.Code() to present on two topics:

Blending Product Thinking with Architecture. Come to this session to look at ways to apply product thinking to software architecture and why it is important. We will introduce techniques and provide examples you can immediately use that will help all team members better discuss their how and when architecture decisions matter to their products.

Metrics that Matter - Moving from what is Easy to what is Impactful. Metrics are challenging for a variety of reasons - easily gamed, low value, potentially distracting and misleading. Come to this session to look at what metrics are interesting and, more importantly, how to start moving towards better metrics that aren’t just about how busy people are.

Join us at the conference! More information and registration here - https://prairiecode.amegala.com/
