BUILD BETTER. TOGETHER - CHICAGO
Pre-Conference Workshop
Whole Team Collaboration – Software Teaming Beyond the Developers
In complex software creation environments, success depends on more than just great code—it depends on great collaboration. This hands-on workshop explores Whole Team Collaboration, a powerful approach where developers, testers, designers, product owners, and other experts work together as a unified team on the same work at the same time.
Built on the foundation of Software Teaming (Mob Programming), this approach emphasizes inclusion, co-creation, fast feedback, and continuous learning. You’ll experience first-hand how removing silos and working in real-time with the full team leads to better outcomes, stronger alignment, and a more human way of working together.
Whether you’re a developer, tester, designer, product owner, or leader—if you’re part of a software team, this workshop will show you how to collaborate without conflict, share ownership without chaos, and learn faster together.
